James Blake set to bring his bit of 'colour' to Perth
Perthians rejoice! A little bit of Splendour is coming to WA in the form of contemporary electronic Baritone wonder, James Blake. Off the back of his surprise double LP length release, 'The Colour in Anything', earlier this month (which we reviewed here) Blake has plenty of new material to woo us with.

Touring his sophomore release, 'Overgrown', Blake last graced us with his presence at a packed out Astor Theatre in 2013. Now with some more releases and experience under his belt, including writing and featuring on Beyonce's controversial 'visual album' Lemonade, our soulful songster will be taking on bigger venues during his run of Splendour in the Grass sideshows. Fitting considering Blake's current theme of expansion, The Colour in Anything features bigger sounds and prolific collaborators, including the likes of Frank Ocean and Justin Vernon (of Bon Iver fame).
James Blake will be playing HBF Stadium on Saturday the 30th of July. Tickets are available at Ticketmaster.
